VICIOUS RUMORS Guitarist To Record 'Slammin'' Metal Tracks For ESPN's X GAMES
December 21, 2005According to a posting on his official web site, guitarist Brad Gillis (NIGHT RANGER, VICIOUS RUMORS, ex-OZZY OSBOURNE) has signed on with ESPN one more time to record 10 "slammin' metal tracks" for the X Games, to be aired in late January.
As previously reported, Gillis has joined up to produce artists and give guitar clinics at a brand new "state-of-the-art" recording facility in downtown Walnut Creek, CA called Red House Studios. With almost 5,000 square feet, including teaching, recording, rehearsal and nightly jam sessions, the studio has something for everyone. Check out the site at www.redhouselive.com.
VICIOUS RUMORS have been confirmed for next year's edition of the Atarfe Vega Rock festival, set to take place March 10-11, 2006 at Nave Medina Elvira in Atarfe, Granada, Spain. The band, whose current lineup includes vocalist James Rivera (HELSTAR, SEVEN WITCHES, KILLING MACHINE) will begin recording their new CD in January 2006. A tour in support of the album will kick off next spring/summer.
